Movement, breathing and meditation are the most incredible natural medicines and they are my passion.

 

I am here to help you to find stillness and feel grounded through movement and breathing in Yoga, Pilates and Handstand Training. I help you in finding inner and outer strength so that you can achieve your goals.

I have 10 years experience as a Yoga Teacher, having qualified in India in 2016 and completed multiple trainings since in India and London.

​

I have a consistent Yoga and Meditation practice personally and I am passionate about helping others find inner and outer strength, not just practicing Yoga on the mat but off the mat too.

​​

Yoga is everything to me, it helps me to find stillness amongst the chaos of every day life, it keeps me strong physically and mentally. My Yoga mat is my safe place where I go to feel, breathe and simply be.

PRACTICE PILATES WITH ME

With 10 years experience as a Movement Teacher and out of that, 6 years as a Barre-Pilates Teacher I can support you in achieving your movement, mobility and strength goals through Pilates.​

Pilates play a huge part in injury prevention, building confidence and increasing your mind body connection, for greater bodily awareness and a huge reduced feeling of daily stress.

​

A personal Pilates practice has many benefits including:

  • Builds deep core strength whilst supporting the spine and improves stability

  • Improves posture, strengthens postural muscles and body alignment

  • Enhances flexibility & mobility

  • Reduces back & joint pain through control, balance, and proper mechanics

HANDSTAND WITH ME

Handstands are a great compliment to any movement practice and I encourage people of all ages to train handstands. They are an incredible full body strengthener, help to build body awareness, proprioception and so much confidence!

​

I have been training handstands consistently for around 5 years. They help me not only physically to stay strong but also mentally to stay grounded and calm day to day!

​

Handstand training is a full-body AND brain-body workout. A consistent handstand practice includes many benefits:​

  • Builds upper-body & core strength – shoulders, arms, back, deep core

  • Improves shoulder stability & mobility

  • Enhances balance & coordination with motor control & spatial awareness

  • Boosts body awareness (proprioception) – you learn exactly where you are in space

  • Develops wrist, shoulder, hip strength & resilience, which is great for long term joint health
