For the past 10 years I have been working as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Mind Body Practitioner, Movement Therapist, and more recently life and business coach.

I have helped clients all over the world including Peru, Costa Rica, UK, Spain and Portugal.

The mind body connection interests me hugely and I am constantly learning to best serve my clients and help them to feel incredible inside and out.

Not only have I helped many of my clients heal from physical pain over and over again, but I have had many of my own injuries and set backs in the past. I have been able to heal these through the right tools, rehabilitation, nutrition, and of course movement. Not only this but I have supported hundreds of clients by getting more mobile and stronger through the magic of movement.
