WHY ME?
For the past 10 years I have been working as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Mind Body Practitioner, Movement Therapist, Holistic Health & Life Coach.

I have worked with clients, individually and in groups, all over the world including in Peru, Costa Rica, UK, Spain and Portugal.​

Not only have I helped many of my clients heal from physical pain over and over again, but I have had many of my own injuries and set backs in the past. I have been able to heal these through the right tools, meditation, yoga, rehabilitation, nutrition, and strength training .
Not only this but I have supported hundreds of clients by getting more mobile and stronger through the magic of movement.

Within my yoga teaching and self practice, I use my body as a tool and help my clients to do the same, to feel stronger, mentally lighter and more grounded. I believe that using the body and yoga as a moving meditation practice is very powerful. Physical asana is the key to creating change in the body so that we are able to sit in meditation or breath-work.

HANDSTAND TRAINING

I have spent the past 7 years focusing on my own handstand practice and I am passionate about helping others improve theirs and achieve their hand balance goals.
​
Handstands are such an incredible complement to any movement practice but especially Pilates and Yoga.
​
Handstands improve your overall balance, proprioception, sense of awareness, confidence, full body strength.
​
Having a consistent handstand practice helps to keep me injury free but more than that it keeps me grounded and strong inside and out.
