Experience the perfect fusion of ballet, yoga and pilates (barre) and Pilates classes to leave you feeling strong and flexible. These classes are designed to challenge and empower you, regardless of your fitness level or background.

4 Beat is a style of yoga where we move to the breath and the beat. People have said they have had the best nights sleep after some of my 4Beat Yoga Classes. You are fully immersed into your body and your breath like never before. Your really have to experience it to truly understand!
