HANDSTAND WITH ME
Handstands are a great compliment to any movement practice and I encourage people of all ages to train handstands. They are an incredible full body strengthener, help to build body awareness, proprioception and so much confidence!
I have been training handstands consistently for around 5 years. They help me not only physically to stay strong but also mentally to stay grounded and calm day to day!
Handstand training is a full-body AND brain-body workout. A consistent handstand practice includes many benefits:

Pricing
1 x 60 minute session / £75
4 x 60 minute sessions / £240 / to be taken over 6 weeks
8 x 60 minute sessions / £400 / to be take over 12 weeks
ABOUT ME
I first qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015. I then went on to Training as a Yoga Teacher shortly after. I travelled between age 19 and 26 all over the world, part of that teaching yoga. I qualified as a Sports Movement Therapist in 2019 and have been learning and continuing to add to my qualifications ever since. I am also a Barre-Pilates Teacher. I have been working as a Movement and Health Practitioner for around 10 years.
My best friends are my two dogs, my favourite meal is Greek Soya Yoghurt, Fruit, Nuts and Protein Bar - weird I know!
