Hey I'm Emma!

 

I am an enthusiastic coach and teacher specialising in helping you finding happiness, confidence & fulfilment by moving your body and getting strong.

​

I use my experience as a Personal Trainer, Yoga & Barre Teacher and Wellbeing Practitioner to help you achieve your physical and emotional health goals.

​​

Within my 121 coaching I specialise in helping people getting as healthy and strong as possible, improve their movement skills, avoid injuries, and overall feel good in their bodies, via Yoga, Pilates and Handstand Training online.

​

I also run a bi-weekly group sessions for Vegans to support each other with living in a Non-Vegan world.

ABOUT ME

I first qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015. I then went on to Training as a Yoga Teacher in India shortly after. I travelled between age 19 and 26 all over the world, part of that teaching yoga. I qualified as a Sports Movement Therapist in 2019 and have been learning and continuing to add to my qualifications ever since. I am also a Barre-Pilates Teacher. I have been working as a Movement and Health Practitioner for around 10 years.

​

I am Vegan and do everything in my power everyday to end animals being used by humans, to end animal slavery, the largest injustice in human history. My best friends are my two dogs, my favourite meal is Greek Soya Yoghurt, Fruit, Nuts and Protein Bar - weird I know!
