I am an enthusiastic coach and teacher specialising in helping you finding happiness, confidence & fulfilment by moving your body and getting strong.
I use my experience as a Personal Trainer, Yoga & Barre Teacher and Wellbeing Practitioner to help you achieve your physical and emotional health goals.
Within my 121 coaching I specialise in helping Vegans being as healthy and strong as possible, people who want to transition to a plant based diet (note veganism is not the same as a plant based die. A Plant Based Diet is just one consequence of being against animal exploitation but someone can be plant based and not vegan), and support those who struggle with living in a Non-Vegan world in a group setting via zoom.
I work with people via 121 sessions in Yoga, Pilates and Handstand Training online.
