I can help you to live in feel confident and mentality strong in your values as someone who is against animals being exploited, to thrive and be happy, even in a current Non-Vegan world.

I honestly believe that love, compassion and kindness always wins. We have got this!

 

I want to help you, so that you can be as healthy and emotionally strong as possible, therefore productive for yourself and the animals.


Vegans will know that it isn’t just about what’s what you wear, or what's on your plate, it’s about living in harmony with your strong morals of respect and empathy for non-human animals, and I know full well that can easily get overwhelming...

Looking around sometimes where you feel nobody else gets in. They go about their daily activities, whilst you long for animal freedom and to end animal exploitation. It can easily become draining and I know exactly how it feels.

​

You wish friends and family understood but many of them don't. 

 

In a world that often doesn’t share or understand the understanding of exploitation, and horrendous things that happen to other animals, it can feel isolating, frustrating and upsetting.

 

Whether it’s navigating family gatherings, social situations, dating, work environments, or simply dealing with judgment and misunderstanding, staying true to your strong vegan values can sometimes feel like walking up a long steep hill. It can feel like living in the Matrix where nobody else can see what you see.

WHY ME AS YOUR COACH?

As a Vegan and dedicated Animal Activist myself, I completely understand. I am here to help either those who are transitioning to becoming vegan or those who are but want ongoing support with thriving and staying positive.

​

My wish is for you to be as healthy and happy as possible, for the animals.

​

I love to work with people helping them build confidence, overcome the anxiety that comes with living in a world where it seems like nobody really gets it. It's important to connect with and speak to others who are also passionate about fighting for animal liberation. I always want to be that person who is here to listen.

​

One of the things that has massively helped me has been speaking to other people who understand.

​

I know from experience how lonely and hard it can be.​

​

I am a fully qualified coach.​ I have trained as a holistic life coach, health coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher and movement therapist.

ONLINE SESSIONS, AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS YOU'D LIKE

Through personalised coaching, you’ll gain tools to:

  • Communicate your choices with confidence and compassion

  • Manage stress and emotions when facing criticism or misunderstanding

  • Build deeper connections with like-minded people (and strengthen existing relationships)

  • Align your Vegan life choices with your broader goals for health, work, and personal relationships 

  • Develop daily practices that nourish your body, mind, and soul

  • Tips on staying motivated as an Animal Activist or Vegan​

When you live authentically as a Vegan in a Non-Vegan world, it can be really really tough at times, I honestly do get it. But there are so may ways of turning the frustration, sadness and anger into enthusiasm and productivity, so that you are as beneficial as possible not only for your own physical and mental health, but for the victims.

​

Sessions are held online via zoom and are taken as often or as little as you'd like. You can either pay per session or for a block of sessions.

HOW IT WORKS...

1. Get in touch either via email, message on social media or just book straight in for a consultation call

2. We will have a 20 minute free zoom call to get to know each other and for you to ask questions. Also to see if I can help you.

3. You will receive a welcome email with the link to book in a session which will be held via zoom, and a coaching agreement to sign which takes 5 minutes
