Looking around sometimes where you feel nobody else gets in. They go about their daily activities, whilst you long for animal freedom and to end animal exploitation. It can easily become draining and I know exactly how it feels.

In a world that often doesn’t share or understand the exploitation that happens to animals, it can feel isolating, frustrating and upsetting.

How it works...

What makes your approach unique?Quite simply put. I completely and totally get it. I have been through all of the feelings and emotions, from transitioning in a healthy way, to dealing with family who aren't vegan, to answering all of the questions and speaking up for the animals. Living in a world where most people don't understand and are still living in a day dream can sometimes be hard, but I am here to support you and as someone to simply listen.

How often will we meet for coaching sessions, and what is the duration of each session?Depending on how often you want the call, I usually recommend a session every other week. The duration of each zoom call is 60 minutes.
