I help Vegans get fit, strong, and healthy whilst feeling confident every day through plant based living and movement.

 

I am here to support you to achieve your health goals, so that you feel and look incredible (but mostly the feel part!).

Confidence comes within, but it definitely helps when you are thriving and feeling incredible on your health and fitness journey. I am here to be your biggest cheerleader.

My coaching packages vary depending on what level of support you'd like and how often you'd like sessions. â€‹

Starting from £75 up to £500. Please book in a consultation if you are interested in us working together, where we will discuss your goals, pricing plans and if I am the coach for you.

I believe that the support from each other, is a big part of what will make this movement succeed.

 

I truly believe I am here on this planet to do everything I can for the animals, and therefore everything I can for those that are also fighting for animal liberation.

If you are a new Vegan wanting health support and guidance I can help you, as a certified Holistic Health Coach.

Emotional health coaching for vegans offers a supportive space to navigate the unique challenges that can come with living in alignment with your values (being against animal exploitation).

 

Whether you’re processing eco-anxiety, compassion fatigue, social isolation, burnout, or the emotional weight of caring deeply about what is happening to other animals in a non-vegan world, this coaching supports you in building resilience, emotional strength, and confidence.

 

Through mindful conversation, nervous-system regulation, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to care for your emotional wellbeing as a Vegan without disconnecting from your morals, so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and emotionally balanced while continuing to live compassionately.
