Pricing
My coaching packages vary depending on what level of support you'd like and how often you'd like sessions.
Starting from £75 up to £500. Please book in a consultation if you are interested in us working together, where we will discuss your goals, pricing plans and if I am the coach for you.
ABOUT ME
I first qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015. I then went on to Training as a Yoga Teacher shortly after. I qualified as a Sports Movement Therapist in 2019 and have been learning and continuing to add to my qualifications ever since. I am also a Barre-Pilates Teacher. I have been working as a Movement and Health Practitioner for around 10 years.
My best friends are my two dogs, my favourite meal is Greek Soya Yoghurt, Fruit, Nuts and Protein Bar - weird I know!
